Similar to hotels, our pricing varies according to the time of year. While exact dates can shift slightly each year, the general season breakdown is: Low Season: January–March (excluding Chinese New Year), after Easter to 30 June, and September to early December. Shoulder Season: July–August and early December. High Season: Easter period and the weeks leading up to Christmas. Peak Season: Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, and Easter. If your travel dates are flexible, we can often suggest alternative dates that offer better nightly rates. Feel free to contact us for personalised pricing and availability.

Similar to most villas in Thailand, our cancellation terms are fairly strict. As a general rule, if you cancel with more than 30 days’ notice, we will give you full credit to rebook within a year. If less than 30 days, the rental payment will be forfeited.

Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am, but we're always flexible and can normally allow you to arrive earlier and/or leave later without charge as long as it doesn't overlap with another booking.

All Lime Samui Villas feature 5 bedrooms and have a standard occupancy of 14 guests. Villa Splash: accommodates up to 14 guests Villa Spice: accommodates up to 14 guests, and up to 16 guests when using the mezzanine double sofa bed in the Waterfall Suite Villa Zest: accommodates up to 14 guests Full estate rental (all three villas): sleeps up to 44 guests in total

A private 7-seater SUV and dedicated driver can be arranged to take you anywhere on the island at an additional cost. This service can be booked before arrival or during your stay.

Lime Samui is perfectly positioned for exploring some of Koh Samui’s popular sights and experiences. Within easy reach you’ll find the charming streets of Nathon town (around a 15-minute drive) and the infamous Ang Thong National Marine Park. A selection of local restaurants, cafés, and activities are also just a short drive away, including the Four Seasons, Nikki Beach, SkyHawk Zipline and Santiburi Golf Club.
