Nick Hoar

With over 30 years of experience in senior positions at esteemed financial institutions such as Fidelity Investments, Morgan Stanley, and JP Morgan, Nick brings an unparalleled level of expertise to the company. He has overseen the development of high-end residential projects in Hong Kong and London, demonstrating his proficiency in business development, sales, marketing, product development, and fixed income portfolio management. With this wealth of experience, Nick is committed to delivering homes that exemplify the highest standards of quality, luxury, and comfort.

Colin Baker

Colin, a former Equity Derivatives Trader in London and Tokyo, brings more than a ??? invaluable experience to luxury property development. His eye for detail and passion for creating exceptional living spaces led him to establish Lime Samui, the sister property of Lime Lombok.

In addition to his property development work, Colin's entrepreneurial spirit extends to various sectors, including Private Jet Charter services, Green Energy initiatives, and a Volatility Hedge Fund. With a multifaceted approach to business and a commitment to excellence, Colin continues to set new benchmarks in property development.

Both Johnny and Paul have been in practice for over 25 years and together bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise gained from working across diverse regions including the Far East, Europe, Australia, Russia, and the USA. Trained as architects in the UK and registered under the Royal Institute of British Architects, they have earnt international recognition for their award-winning buildings, interiors, and competition projects, boasting over 41 regional and international design awards.

With over 40 years of experience in structural engineering, John brings a wealth of expertise to the table, having been instrumental in the design, construction, and management of numerous building and civil engineering projects. Based in Hong Kong, John went on to establish Prime Consulting Engineers Ltd in 2011, where he has cultivated a strong reputation for delivering top-quality designs with a client-focussed approach, cementing his legacy in the field.
