1. THE LAND

Each plot of land is on average 2,900m2 with a total land area of 50,000m2.

 

2. THE VILLAS

There are 3 villa designs (A, B & C) as well as 2 bespoke villas (Villa 2 and Villa 4).

 

3. FOREIGN OWNER REGULATIONS OF THAILAND

Foreigners generally cannot own freehold land in Thailand, however they can own the leasehold on the land for 60-90 years.

Owners of Lime Samui may also own shares in the Thai structure which owned the freehold.

4. APPLICABLE LAW

These conditions and any contract to which they apply are governed in all respects by Hong Kong SAR law and the Hong Kong SAR courts only

shall have jurisdiction in relation to any claim or dispute arising out of, or connected with them.

5. AGREEMENT

I/We agree to the above conditions and do hereby agree to the application of the above Terms and Conditions to our reservation.
